Plan the best Party ever

  1. Decide which party package fits your crew and finalize your date + time with our Party Concierge.
  2. We'll send you an invoice for the base rate of your party. Once paid, your party is officially BOOKED!
  3. Choose one routine from the Routine List.
  4. Get your squad in formation! Let us know your final headcount before your party and submit final payment for any extra attendees.
  5. After your party, check for your group photo on our Instagram account! Check us out on @divadanceuptowndallas
  6. Don't forget to write us a review on Google and Yelp and share your experience!

45-minute class

What do we wear!?
Regular workout attire is appropriate for all of our classes and parties. This includes sneakers, yoga pants, tank tops, etc. You may wear heels or tennis shoes — whatever your preference. Please no street clothes (jeans, dresses). Some groups also choose to wear a theme or bring fun props or wigs for their party — costumes welcome!

What if we have fewer attendees than the minimum?
We love squads of all sizes! The price of your party is based on 10 attendees, but if you have fewer the same base rate will apply. For example, if you choose a basic party and you have 7 dancers, the price is still $300. If your group is smaller and that's out of your budget, we can work with you to customize a plan!

Can we take photos and videos?
Absolutely! At the end of class you'll have time to take photos, videos, boomerangs, and Tik Toks. Feel free to take a screenshot during a virtual party. Just remember to tag us and use our hashtag #slayingismycardio

My Mom / Mother-in-Law / Pregnant friend wants to come too, but they don't want to dance. Do we still have to pay for them?
Your whole squad-tourage is encouraged to join in the fun based on their comfort level, but yes, even if they choose to sit on the sidelines (including virtually) for moral support (or to be paparazzi), there will be a charge for all attendees.

Can we bring in our own food, alcohol, or decorations?
Sadly we can't allow any outside food, alcohol, or elaborate decorations due to studio limitations. If you need some liquid courage we highly suggest upgrading to our Mini-Premium or Premium party so you can sip chammy throughout the party, or consider our "Make It Sweet" add-on to bring in some sweets (studio-permitting)!

We have plans right after. Will we get sweaty? Is there a place to change / freshen up?
Our parties will leave you a little sweaty, depending on how much booty you put into it, but you shouldn't need a shower. At all of our studios, there is a changing area/restroom but no showers are available. You will have access to a restroom to change, but the studio itself isn't available for touchups after the party unfortunately.

What happens if we arrive late for the party?
Please be on time! We aren't able to add additional time to your party. We know things happen, and we'll do our best to accommodate you and maximize your party even if you arrive late! Please share the instructions in your confirmation email with your squad to avoid delays.

We're staying at an Airbnb / out of town, can you come to us?
Absolutely! For an additional travel fee, we can come to wherever you are. The fee varies based on distance and any extra studio bookings needed. See the Party Add-Ons section above to learn more and connect with your Party Concierge to confirm all the deets!

This is awkward, but do we tip our instructor?
Our instructors appreciate but do not expect your gratuity! Generally groups tip the instructor $10-20 at the end of their party, but only if you feel like they exceeded your expectations! If your party is virtual, you can ask the instructor for their Venmo and send directly.

I'm ready to book, now what?
Just reply to our Email or text message and let us know you're ready to rock! We'll send you an invoice for the base cost of your party and once paid, you're totally booked! OMG SO EXCITED.

What is the cancellation policy?

If reserved w/payment in full:
Canceled more than 14 days prior = 100% refund minus a $50 processing fee
Canceled 7-14 days prior = 50% refund
Canceled less than 7 days prior = no refund

If reserved w/partial deposit, the deposit is non-refundable.

What if we need to reschedule?
You must notify us of the need to reschedule and a new date/time at least 72 hours prior, $25 additional fees will apply.
