Expires 45 days from purchase (no extensions). Non-transferable (your friend can’t come using your pass!) and non-refundable (sorry not sorry!) Terms, conditions and rate subject to change.

LATE CANCELS: Late Cancel (canceling less than 12 hours before class) will be assessed a $10 late cancel fee.

NO SHOWS: If you no show without canceling, you'll be charged the full rate of the drop-in class. Sorry not sorry!

REFUNDS: All sales are final including memberships, passes, workshops, programs, and apparel - no refunds will be provided.

WAITLIST REMINDERS: If you get in, you will be notified via email (check Spam/Promotions/etc folders). If you’re on the waitlist and you can no longer attend, please log in to your account to cancel your spot. Cancellation policy applies.

HOW TO CANCEL CLASS: Log into your account, scroll down to “Upcoming Classes”, and click the class to cancel. We cannot process class cancellations via email/text/call.
